The fitting of the prefab storey high elements on to the steal construction of the building has reached the tenth floor. We expect that we can close the total façade in week 14 - 15. The two floating cranes will be dismantled after that. The internal elevator system will be fully operational.
On each closed storey the workers have started with the assembling of the ceiling elements and the pouring of the floors. The climate ceilings will give extra comfort at the work floor, a totally integrated system with hot and cool air.
The steal construction of the parking garage is expected to be ready in week 6.
The laying-out of the green roof garden is started in week 16.
The paving to the parking garage start at week 10.
At ground floor the glass panels are being put up. In week 13 there will be a beginning with the nature stone pavement of the main staircase onto plaza level.
From week 20 until week 26 the first part of the pavement from the ‘drop-off zone’ is being laid out.
