FiftyTwoDegrees Beheer agrees sale of phase 1A

FiftyTwoDegrees Beheer B.V. (consisting of Ballast Nedam Bouw BV and Ice Projects City Center BV) has reached agreement with SEB Immobilien-Investment GmbH (Frankfurt) on the sale of the first phase of this ambitious development project.

Phase 1A consists of an 18 storey office complex in Nijmegen, with 28.000 m2 floor space and 585 indoor parking spaces. Philips Semiconductors Nijmegen will be the principal tenant of this complex. This characteristic building caters for the requirement of Philips Semiconductors and third parties for a high specification working environment. The knowledge centre creates an environment where technology (related to the semiconductor industry), multimedia and ICT, business and lifestyle go together.
Architect is Francine Houben/Mecanoo architects from Delft.
The delivery is planned for end 2006. The selling price is 84 million euro.
