Users in the complex enjoy the benefits of having public facilities close at hand, such as the á la carte restaurant, the coffee bar and the meeting center. In time, other facilities will also be available, including an international hotel, auditorium, exposition hall and retail stores. FiftyTwoDegrees offers its tenants a complete package of high-class facility services. The basic package includes a full reception service, 24 days seven days per week security, cleaning services (including offices), and access to the free-flow restaurant. Other services are available by request, such as IP-telephony and Internet and IT-services.
